Overview
As a Sales Officer for Credit Card Business Group, you will be responsible for the overall achievement of the assigned area’s sales targets by generating and sustaining turn-ins and approvals from Branch Banking Group (BBG), Wholesale-to-Retail (W2R) teams, Group Sale accounts, SBC / CBDOG accounts, personal and external partner leads. You will support business development through the roll-out of leads generation and productivity strategies, bulk acquisition, and process enhancement projects.
How you'll contribute
- Maintains good working relationships with partners thru collaborative planning and BetterBanking experience to ensure service satisfaction and sustain business growth.
- Assist in providing acquisition support to the assigned areas such as application forms, booths, giveaways, and other marketing materials.
- Deepen product knowledge and presence with partners through visits, regular alignment, recognition events, training, and other activation initiatives to sustain referral engagement and productivity.
- Solicits card acquisition deals as business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts of BBG, W2R, CBDOG, other SBC segments, and external partners.
- Execute sales generation and bulk acquisition strategies based on data to increase channel and frontline productivity and to achieve acquisition targets.
What we’re looking for
