- Minimum 1 year experience in coaching or leading a sales team (preferably in call center environment
- Experience in handling KPIs related to sales quota for any products
- Strong understanding on handling objections
- Can negotiate
- Process knowledge in Sales CRM, QA Tools, and Excel Dashboards
