General Requirements :

Good English communication skills

Account-Specific Requirements :

Financial Account : Minimum of 6 months BPO experience

Retail Account : At least 1 year of customer-facing experience (sales staff, cashier, waiter, service crew, or any similar role)

Telco Account : Open to applicants with or without BPO experience — full training provided!
