, Permanent Position : Backroom Staff Fastrust Services, Inc. is a leading provider of retail and consumer services in Quezon City, Metro Manila. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Backroom Staff. As a Backroom Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our backroom area. You will work closely with our store team to ensure that all merchandise is received, processed, and organized accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and assisting with store displays and promotions. Key responsibilities : - Receive and process merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Organize and maintain backroom inventory levels - Assist with store displays and promotions - Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and priced - Collaborate with store team to identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies - Maintain a clean and organized backroom area - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Provide excellent customer service to all customers and colleagues Requirements : - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a retail or warehouse setting preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise as needed - Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to work well in a team environment We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
