Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in any field (Business or BS Real Estate Management is a plus). Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Broker. Proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and drive teams. 4+ years of experience leading sales teams, with expertise in : Recruiting, training, and coaching top-tier sales professionals. Sales strategy development and execution. Managing and mentoring 2 Sales Managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop strategic sales plans and oversee execution.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and policies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Lead impactful client presentations that showcase our premium real estate projects.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to optimize performance and drive success.
