We're in search of a Virtual Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in providing essential support to ensure smooth operations and success.

Position Details :
- Job Type : Freelance Full-time (42 hours / week). Responsible for government mandatories (Tax and other mandates)
- Schedule : 4 days’ work week, with 3 consecutive days off (between 12 am-2 : 30 pm Manila time), must be flexible to shifting schedule.
- Location : ONSITE in Quezon City, Eastwood
- Compensation : Up to PHP40,000 all in monthly salary, negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate various processes and reporting tasks within the companyProvide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing all general administrative tasksAttend meetings with the CEO, documenting minutes and key takeawaysManage email correspondence and other communication channels for the CEOMonitor messaging platforms for important daily tasks and communicationsCreate and analyze reports using advanced Microsoft Excel skillsAssist with data analysis and process development using Excel and other toolsPerform personal assistant duties for the CEO, including travel arrangements and appointment schedulingUndertake additional operational and personal tasks as assignedRequirements
Requirements :
Fluent in EnglishExceptional organizational and planning skillsFlexible and collaborative mindsetExcellent time management abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills, with a knack for handling confidential informationKnowledge of business accounting is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Intermediate to advanced Excel skillsEnergetic self-starter capable of working independentlyBenefits
