We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior FP&;A Analyst to join its Finance team. This role will support the CFO in delivering critical insights that drive performance, enhance decision-making, and strengthen overall financial strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in management accounting, financial planning, and enterprise valuation, with strong financial modeling capabilities. A CPA or CFA designation is highly preferred, along with relevant industry experience in healthcare, distribution, or capital-intensive sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide robust financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support to help drive
business performance.
Develop and maintain integrated financial models to support strategic planning,
budgeting, and investment analysis.
Conduct detailed variance analysis and modeling to inform key financial decisions.
Partner with department heads (Sales, Technical Services, Operations) to assess
business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Support fund raising activities and engage with Potential investors for financial
planning and strategic alignment.
Prepare and evaluate business cases for new initiatives, including capital
investment projects.
Support enterprise valuation and due diligence processes for potential growth
opportunities.
Analyze cost structures, pricing models, and financial impact of strategic initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular insights to senior
management.
Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting in support of business
objectives.
Contribute to continuous process improvements and cross-functional efficiency
initiatives.
Qualifications :
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent
professional qualification.
Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business
partnering, or management accounting.
Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and performance
analysis.
Strong background in business planning, budgeting, and financial strategy.
Experience in enterprise valuation and financial due diligence is a strong advantage.
Preferably with experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, or capital equipment
industry.
Proficient in Excel and other financial analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, etc.)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
