Senior FP&A Analyst - Pasig

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior FP&;A Analyst to join its Finance team. This role will support the CFO in delivering critical insights that drive performance, enhance decision-making, and strengthen overall financial strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in management accounting, financial planning, and enterprise valuation, with strong financial modeling capabilities. A CPA or CFA designation is highly preferred, along with relevant industry experience in healthcare, distribution, or capital-intensive sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

        Provide robust financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support to help drive

business performance.

        Develop and maintain integrated financial models to support strategic planning,

budgeting, and investment analysis.

        Conduct detailed variance analysis and modeling to inform key financial decisions.

        Partner with department heads (Sales, Technical Services, Operations) to assess

business performance and identify improvement opportunities.

    Support fund raising activities and engage with Potential investors for financial

planning and strategic alignment.

        Prepare and evaluate business cases for new initiatives, including capital

investment projects.

        Support enterprise valuation and due diligence processes for potential growth

opportunities.

        Analyze cost structures, pricing models, and financial impact of strategic initiatives.

        Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular insights to senior

management.

        Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting in support of business

objectives.

        Contribute to continuous process improvements and cross-functional efficiency

initiatives.

Qualifications :

        Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent

professional qualification.

        Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business

partnering, or management accounting.

        Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and performance

analysis.

        Strong background in business planning, budgeting, and financial strategy.

        Experience in enterprise valuation and financial due diligence is a strong advantage.

        Preferably with experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, or capital equipment

industry.

        Proficient in Excel and other financial analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, etc.)

        Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
