Location : Biñan, Laguna

Work Setup : 100% Onsite

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify areas for operational efficiency.

Assist in setting up and documenting finance and controlling processes.

Perform variance analysis and provide strategic insights to management.

Collaborate with local and international stakeholders, including the Finance Controller in China.

Work closely with Manufacturing and Logistics teams to ensure accurate cost reporting.

Utilize ERP system (Infor LN) for financial data extraction and reporting.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or controlling role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with ERP systems; Infor LN experience is a strong advantage.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proactive, strategic thinker with high attention to detail.
