RPA Project Manager - Full RTO - Alabang, Muntinlupa City Office

The RPA Project Manager leads end-to-end implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives across the company. This role ensures automation projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and aligned with business strategy, driving adoption, process optimization, and governance in collaboration with the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE).

Key Responsibilities

Manage full RPA project lifecycle using Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Define project scope, budget, timelines, and measurable success criteria

Partner with business SMEs, IT, and vendors to deliver automation value

Ensure delivery quality and compliance with CoE governance and IT controls

Lead UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support (hypercare)

Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops, and solution design reviews

Promote automation pipeline governance, risk management, and KPI reporting

Oversee vendor deliverables, cost utilization, and resource capacity planning

Qualifications : Must-Have

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field

3–6 years of Project / Program Management experience in digital or automation initiatives

Proven RPA delivery experience using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere

Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, Lean process design, and IT governance (ITIL / COBIT)

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, matrix environment

Preferred

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum certifications

UiPath Business Analyst or Solution Delivery credentials

Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services (Finance, HR, Supply Chain)

Knowledge of OCR, Document Understanding, APIs, or Low-Code / No-Code platforms
