Position : Customer Service Representative-(Financial Account + Open for Undergraduate)

Location : Taguig City / Pasig City

Salary Offer : Php30,000-Php40,000

Work Schedule : Nightshift Schedule

Work Set Up : Work Onsite

Job Requirements :

Open for High School Graduates and College Undergraduates

At least 2 years of experience in financial account or a within a BPO company

Willing to work on a nightshift schedule

Amenable to work on site (Taguig and / or Ortigas)

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities :

Answering customer questions about accounts, transactions, and financial products.

Dealing with customer grievances, fixing problems, and offering answers or different choices.

Helping with the opening, verification, and updating of accounts.

Managing payments, withdrawals, and other transactions related to accounts.

Upholding a solid comprehension of financial products and services in order to aid customers proficiently.

Precisely recording customer dealings and transactions

Additional tasks might be allocated by the direct supervisor.
