Job description

Join our team at Staff4Me as an Administrative Assistant, where you will be pivotal in supporting our daily operations and facilitating effective communication across various departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff.
  • Coordinate and support various projects and administrative functions as requested.
  • Handle phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
  • Must have US Healthcare experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification in administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with office management software and procedures.
