Credit Officer (Cards Issuing)

Overview

Responsible for file matching of applications against internal and external databases, preparation of leads processing and BAP inquiries for batch upload and credit verification via voice and non-voice actions. Ensures accurate processing and decisions to minimize potential approvals and customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with assigned business unit and executes projects as defined in the scope of work.
• Provides timely feedback to business stakeholders and resolves issues that arise.
• Delivers / achieves productivity targets and turnaround time with efficiency and minimal errors.
• Identifies strategic approaches to manage and develop processes based on existing policies and guidelines.
