Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig  with the role of Auto Loans Underwriting Team Head .

You are responsible for leading, training, and managing a team of Credit Officers to ensure timely loan processing, reviewing and approving applications, conducting credit investigations, and assessing risks, while maintaining compliance and improving team performance.

What the role will entail

• Train and coach team members.
• Oversee AML functions, ensuring compliance with AML laws, regulations, and BSP Circulars.
• Monitor team productivity and performance, recommending improvement plans as needed.
• Identify and escalate process gaps, implementing controls to mitigate risks.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Conduct additional checks to reduce auto loan cancellations.
• Monitor individual cancel rates.
• Evaluate auto loans within the prescribed turnaround time.
