CAM Specialist Japanese molding injection plant Batangas

Job Description :

The CAM Specialist is responsible for generating precise toolpaths and machining programs for CNC machines using CAM software. This role ensures efficient and accurate manufacturing of mold components and plastic parts by translating 3D models and engineering drawings into optimized machining instructions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX CAM, Fusion 360) based on 3D CAD models and technical drawings.

Optimize toolpaths for efficiency, surface finish, and tool life.

Collaborate with mold designers and CNC operators to ensure manufacturability and accuracy.

Simulate machining processes to detect potential collisions, errors, or inefficiencies.

Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material and machining requirements.

Support troubleshooting and refinement of machining strategies during mold trials or production.

Maintain documentation of CAM programs, revisions, and machining parameters.

【Must】

・Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CAM programming and operations, preferably in a plastic manufacturing environment.

・No career gap in CAM-related work.

・He or she has their own car or motorcycle

・No experience working at a company with a union organization

【Better】

・Experience working in a mold maker company

・He or she has experience in the NX CAD system.

Benefits :

• SL and VL : 10 each after regular, up to 15 each maximum

o Balance leaves are convertible every April (10 leaves are non-taxable, >

Work schedule :

o Production related : 7 am to 7 pm

o Support departments like Admin, PPC, etc. are Mon to Fri with 2 Sat work (they have a company calendar)

 8 am to 6 pm (Mon to Thurs)

 8 am to 5 pm (Fri)

 8 am to 12 pm (Sat)
