The Mold Department SPV is responsible for overseeing all operations related to mold design, fabrication, maintenance, and improvement within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that mold-related activities meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets, while leading a team of engineers, technicians, and toolmakers.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and supervise the entire mold department, including design, machining, assembly, and maintenance teams.

Plan and coordinate mold production schedules to meet manufacturing and customer requirements.

Review and approve mold designs, ensuring manufacturability, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor mold performance and lead troubleshooting and improvement initiatives.

Ensure preventive maintenance and timely repair of molds to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with production, QA, and engineering teams to resolve mold-related issues.

Control mold-related costs and manage department budgets.

Develop and implement training programs for mold technicians and engineers.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures.

Support new product development and mold trials.

【Must】

・Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in mold making or mold engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

・He or she has experience in a CAD system (only mold field)

・He or she has their own car or motorcycle

・No experience working at a company with a union organization

【Better】

・Experience working in a mold maker company

・He or she has experience in the NX CAD system.

Benefits :

• SL and VL : 10 each after regular, up to 15 each maximum

Work schedule :

o Production related : 7 am to 7 pm

o Support departments like Admin, PPC, etc. are Mon to Fri with 2 Sat work (they have a company calendar)

8 am to 6 pm (Mon to Thurs)

8 am to 5 pm (Fri)

8 am to 12 pm (Sat)
