We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer who can own the entire CRM ecosystem end-to-end. This is a hybrid role that blends technical development, workflow architecture, integrations, and RevOps partnership. You’ll be the person responsible for making Salesforce the operational backbone of the go-to-market engine.
If you love building scalable systems, writing clean APEX, integrating multiple platforms, and shaping the tools that Sales, CS, and Marketing rely on every day, this role will give you full ownership and room to innovate.

What You’ll Work On
Salesforce Development
Build and maintain APEX classes, triggers, test classes, batch jobs, and scheduled processesDevelop custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Visualforce pages, and UI elementsUse APEX and modern dev best practices to create scalable, maintainable codeLeverage additional languages (C#, Java, Python) for advanced integrations or automation tasksSalesforce Administration
Configure and deploy workflows, Flows, approval processes, and automation rulesManage objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning apps, and record typesOversee user permissions, roles, sharing rules, and overall security architectureMaintain and enhance guided flows, wizards, and internal modulesIntegrations and Data Infrastructure
Integrate Salesforce with platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and ChargebeeWork with REST / SOAP APIs, middleware (Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft), or custom scriptsMonitor data integrity and build reliable sync systems across the GTM stackDebug sync issues and create guardrails to prevent data driftRevenue Operations Support
Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to turn requirements into technical buildsImprove lead lifecycle management, routing, scoring, and segmentationBuild dashboards and reporting frameworks for pipeline visibility and forecastingMaintain data cleanliness, structure, and long-term scalabilitySystems Optimization
Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert for all GTM functionsIdentify automation opportunities that eliminate manual workStay up to date with Salesforce releases and propose improvementsContribute to revenue systems architecture and long-term infrastructure planningWhat You Bring
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an admin or developer roleStrong APEX, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Developer toolkit skillsExperience with C#, Java, or Python for integrations or automationAbility to build complex Flows, process automations, API frameworks, and integrationsStrong understanding of SaaS sales processes, RevOps workflows, and CRM architecturesDeep knowledge of data modeling, security, and CRM best practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable buildsSalesforce Admin (ADM-201) certification requiredNice to Have
