Core Skills and Experience :

• CPA accreditation or having accumulated 5 years of Accounting / Bookkeeping experience is strongly preferred but it is not a strict requirement. We welcome candidates with the CPA credential as well as those who are on the path to obtaining it.
• AppFolio Software Experience : Experience with AppFolio software is highly desirable but not required. Proficiency in this software will be a significant advantage for potential candidates.
• Time Management and Organizational Skills : Strong time management and organizational skills are essential for success in this role, given the diverse responsibilities and tasks involved.
