About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Analyst to support our team with listings and sales data management , accounts payable entry in MYOB , market appraisal assistance , and CRM / database cleanup . This role requires strong organizational skills , accuracy , confidentiality , and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently .

Key Responsibilities

💰 Accounts Payable (MYOB)

• Perform accurate data entry of supplier invoices into MYOB .
• Reconcile the American Express Credit Cards .
