Schedule : Monday–Friday, Night Shift (10 : 00 PM PH time)
Overview / The Ideal Candidate
The Onboarding Engineer ensures clients and partners receive high-quality fault detection and diagnostics solutions. The role involves managing onboarding projects, troubleshooting HVAC equipment diagnostics, and training users on data transfer services and connectivity. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, technically skilled, and able to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and support fault detection and diagnostics products with high quality.
Complete onboarding projects, communicate timelines, and ensure timely delivery of Clockworks analytics.
Perform onboarding tasks : install Data Collection Services, conduct data discovery, and organize for Digital Building Engineers.
Troubleshoot diagnostics for automated fault detection on customer HVAC systems.
Review, validate, and interpret results generated by the software.
Train customers and partners on Data Transfer Services, connectivity, and networking issues.
Qualifications
Education & Experience : Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field, OR 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
Hands-On Experience : 1–2 years in HVAC, controls, or fault detection & diagnostics.
Confidence & Motivation : Quick learner, self-driven, and adaptable to new technologies.
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer-focused.
Technical Knowledge
Familiarity with BAS protocols (BACnet, OBIX, Modbus).
Solid understanding of BAS networking principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge in ongoing commissioning, fault detection & diagnostics, performance measurement, and verification.
Experience with metadata applications (e.g., Project Haystack).
