The position exists to support Elsevier’s Lead Management team and is focused on pre‑qualification of leads using agreed upon guidelines, lead analysis and enrichment through LinkedIn / Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CapIQ, and other public data sources available on the internet.
Accountabilities
- Pre‑qualification process of new sales lead requests – research, enrichment and validation
- Use of analytical skills to assign quality leads to sales
- Ensure timely and accurate assignment of leads to sales
- Actively use Salesforce and CRM to enter relevant, complete and insightful information for sales
- Communicate effectively across the entire Lead Management team
- Share information willingly with team members
- Maintain a positive attitude towards work and team members
- Utilize resources and expertise as appropriate
- Ensure information provided to the team members is accurate
- Share best practices and provide constructive input around all Lead Management matters
- Serve as backup for others as needed
Qualifications
