With our growing expertise, GOLDENDUCK GROUP has also expanded into other segments that require audio and visual expertise, such as production studio, post‑production, exhibition hall, smart meeting room, IP streaming, and many more.
We employ more than 200 staff with offices located in 5 countries in South East Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam) and provide services to over 3,000 screens in the region.
Job Scope
- Client Consultations and Visits : Meet face‑to‑face with potential clients to determine their specific needs on a weekly basis.
- Providing technical explanations and demonstrations of the various products and solutions available.
- Proposal Development : Creating and preparing customized solutions based on client needs.
- Product Demonstrations : Showcasing the capabilities and features of the products.
- Setting up demonstrations or pilot installations at client sites.
- Technical Liaison : Collaborating with the technical team and / or suppliers to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Reports and Collaboration with Management : Provide sales and client feedback reports, challenges encountered and solutions provided or proposed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet sales targets.
- Conduct product demos and presentations, especially for home theatre systems.
- Craft persuasive sales proposals and close deals.
- Work closely with marketing to align promotions and sales efforts.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in home theatre or consumer electronics.Bachelor’s degree in any field (electronics engineering background is a plus).Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Tech‑savvy and confident explaining AV systems to customers.Understanding of audio‑visual technologies and / or smart home integration (preferred but not required).Preferably with technical experience working in the audio‑visual industry to ensure the individual understands the products and solutions and can communicate their benefits.Have a pleasing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and a team player.Excel at negotiation and problem‑solving.Have a genuine passion for home entertainment technology.Seniority level
