We are expanding our support team and looking for a dedicated Case Manager Admin Assistant to help our case managers deliver an exceptional client experience.
Position Overview :
The Case Manager Admin Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our case managers by handling administrative tasks, communicating with clients and financial institutions, and ensuring all cases are managed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist case managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Communicate professionally via phone and email with banks, creditors, and clients.
- Draft and send clear, concise, and professional email correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions.
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely completion of required actions.
- Support the team in achieving service-level goals and maintaining compliance standards.
- Coordinate and update case information in company systems or CRM tools.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Backgrounds similar to real estate transaction coordinators.Experience in Legal Field, Paralegal VA or within Law firm setting.Accent must be neutral, ideally American, Australian, or British (or similar).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Prior experience in administrative support, debt management, finance, or a related field preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work.Requirements
Experience with specific platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Encompass, LendingQB, CashAssist) Knowledge of lending regulations (FDIC, CFPB, GLBA, etc.) Familiarity with KYC / AML processes and risk management
