This role shapes the future of digital transformation, delivering innovation at scale across a global platform. You will lead end-to-end execution of strategic technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and growth goals. You will lead globally distributed teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire large-scale technology teams (50+ FTEs) across global locations
• Own and execute the delivery roadmap for Wealth Management and Private Banking platforms
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of complex, cross-functional programs
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Compliance to align delivery with strategy
• Champion Agile and DevOps best practices to drive speed and resiliency
• Manage third-party vendors and commercial partnerships, notably with Avaloq
