Course : Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management and any related field.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities (as applicable).
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment associate.
