Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

And were looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to start immediately!

Required Industry Experience : Pet & Veterinary Products (B2B Sales)

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

1. High-Volume Research : Identify and compile contact lists for independent pet stores, veterinary clinics, and groomers across assigned U.S. regions.

2. Data Enrichment : Verify and enrich each lead with relevant information including owner / manager name, email, phone number, and notes about the business size or type.

3. CRM Management : Maintain accurate and organized data within HubSpot and Google Sheets, following the clients B2B Launch Framework.

4. Pipeline Tracking : Track weekly progress against key metrics and flag high-potential businesses for priority follow-up.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in lead generation or B2B data research (preferably within the pet, veterinary, or nutraceutical industry)

Understanding of the full sales funnel from prospecting to handoff

Must have experience in :

HubSpot CRM

Google Sheets

Slack

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry

Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Technical Requirements :

USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

Working Webcam

Main and backup computer : at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM

Main Internet Service Speed : at least 25 Mbps wired connection

Backup Internet Service Speed : at least 10 Mbps
