Role Name : Lead Generation Specialist
Schedule : Part-time (20 hours per week); Monday to Thursday - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 4 hours a day, Wednesday 8 hours a day

Responsibilities :
Research websites to identify potential prospects matching specific ideal customer profiles
Collect email addresses and contact information for qualified leads
Focus research on realtors, book authors, speakers, and consultants in the Texas region
Input collected data into Google sheets or client's designated platform
Create user accounts and load contacts directly into the client's CRM system
Maintain quality standards while achieving daily targets of 60-100 email contacts
Build ongoing relationships through systematic email outreach preparation
Requirements :
Previous experience in lead generation and prospect research
Proficiency with web research techniques and tools
Ability to identify and qualify prospects based on specific criteria
Experience with data entry and CRM systems
Strong attention to detail for quality data collection
Familiarity with Google Sheets and various online platforms
Reliable internet connection and professional communication skills
