Role Overview
The Property Manager will oversee the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of hospitality properties, ensuring high standards of service, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. This role involves optimizing property performance, as well as ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in property management, preferably within hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or other hospitality properties.
- Strong knowledge of building operations, facilities management, and hospitality service standards.
- Proven experience in tenant or guest relations, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with local property regulations, safety, and compliance requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of hospitality properties, ensuring maintenance, safety, and service standards are upheld.Manage staff and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front-office teams to ensure smooth operations.Handle vendor contracts and service agreements for property maintenance, renovations, and operational needs.Monitor property budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective management of resources.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and property policies.Manage guest or tenant relations, addressing complaints, service issues, and feedback efficiently.Support occupancy optimization and revenue management, including bookings, renewals, and leasing activities when applicable.Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports for senior management review.
