Role Overview :
We’re looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our email channel. You will be responsible to manage and execute email campaigns, optimize flow performance, develop personalization and help shape our lifecycle marketing strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of email best practices, customer segmentation, and performance analytics. You’ll need to deliver the best customer experience, optimizing for engagement, monetization and retention.
Key responsibilities :
- Email campaign execution : Plan, brief and build weekly personalized email marketing campaigns to our different markets
- Flow development and optimization : Review, add and optimize all flows with a test and learn approach
- Develop and implement sophisticated multi-channel, multi-platform lifecycle marketing campaigns (anything we can do in Klaviyo will be part of your remit) e.g : SMS, pop-up banners and emails
- Testing & optimization : Set up A / B tests, analyze campaign and flow performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
- Cross-functional collaboration : Work with design and growth team to ensure lifecycle communications are on brand, using the best resonating message and delivering a consistent journey.
- Stay up to date with the latest email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Manage list hygiene : Regularly clean and maintain email lists to ensure high deliverability and low bounce rates.
Requirements
You have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a Email Marketing Manager roleStrong experience in creating and executing segmented email campaigns and automation workflowsProficiency with Klaviyo (and any other email marketing platforms)Proven track record in driving repeat purchases from existing customers using a data approach and enhancing personalizationAbility to adapt to and work with a variety of tools and platforms e.g : Figma, Google Analytics, AmplitudeExperience with HTML, CSS, working with 3rd party APIs and webhooksStrong copywriting and proofreading skills, with great attention to detailStrong collaborator, thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy tackling tasks Experience in start-up or agency environments and are comfortable with the pace and demands of a scale-upBenefits
