Head of Traffic Management Design

Salary : PHP 80,000 – 120,000 per month

Work Setup : Permanent work-from-home (equipment provided)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Traffic Management Design to lead and develop a growing remote team that delivers high-quality Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and Traffic Management Plans (TMP) for one of Queensland’s leading traffic management companies in Australia.

This role is ideal for a strong leader with deep expertise in traffic management design who can coach, mentor, and drive team performance while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. You will act as the key point of accountability for the design team in the Philippines and serve as a direct liaison with the Australian senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 7 Traffic Management Designers.
• Develop team capabilities through structured training and ongoing development programs.
• Conduct regular 1 : 1s, team huddles, and coaching sessions to foster growth and performance.
• Manage workload allocation to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
