This is a remote position.
Your Role : Executive Assistant with Marketing Support
Scope :
- Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 7am to 5pm Brisbane
- Direct reporting relationship with company founder
- Management oversight of existing offshore editing team
- Cross-functional role spanning operations, project management, and marketing support
- Opportunity to shape processes and systems as the company scales
Responsibilities :
Manage planning and scheduling for video production projects and team activitiesCoordinate and oversee offshore editing team to ensure timely project deliveryProvide quality control oversight to ensure deliverables meet company standardsServe as accountability partner for business owner, keeping projects and commitments on trackSupport basic marketing activities and initiatives (with training provided)Maintain professional standards and processes as the company hires new videographersImplement and manage organizational systems and processesGradually take on additional operational tasks as systems are developedRequirements :
