Clinic Nurse

Job descriptionProvides assistance and service to patients. Taking vital signs, initial history taking. Daily inspects consultation rooms for availability of supplies essential to doctor’s examination such as cotton, alcohol, speculums for OB-Gyne among others. Oversees cleanliness of consultation rooms including linens. Ensures and monitors sufficient inventory of supplies. Coordinates with other department for endorsement and verification as needed. Issues approval to diagnostic requests as appropriate based on our approval guidelines prior to availment. Handles keeping and updating of medical records of each patient. Prepares and submits timely reports and doctor’s procedure fees. To render overtime after regular working hours even during non-working days due to workload. Performs other related tasks assigned by Supervisor as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education : Graduate of BS Nursing or related medical allied courses
- Experience : Preferably with 6 months experience in healthcare if not a BS Nursing graduate
- Other Skills : Average verbal and written communications, with initiative, organized and service- oriented.
