Job Qualification :
⦁ Knowledge, Skills, and Capability
⦁ Must be a College Graduate
⦁ 2-3 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty / cosmetics / aesthetic field
⦁ Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
⦁ Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.
⦁ Excellent organizational and communication skills
⦁ Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs.
⦁ A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
⦁ Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of ‘management’.
⦁ A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety.
⦁ Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
⦁ Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry
Duties and Responsibilities :
⦁ Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer booking, staff scheduling.
⦁ Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Aestheticians for them to meet and exceed sales goals.
⦁ Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.
⦁ Manage and handle cash on a daily basis
⦁ Manage the clinic’s inventory of supplies and products.
⦁ Maintain clinic safety standards and cleanliness as required.
⦁ Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
⦁ Assure timely availability of qualified Aesthetician through active participation in training process.
⦁ Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
⦁ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services.
