Your Role
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant. This role will support US hours / timezone. Successful candidates
will have excellent organizational and communication skills, proficient understanding of the life sciences industry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a lead generation, market research, or sales support role, preferably in a B2B or life sciences environment. Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Hubspot. Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.AI. Strong analytical and research skills, with a high attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors. Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams. Understanding of sales funnel dynamics and prospect qualification frameworks.
