Business Partner Lead (Financial Planning and Analysis) – Join to apply for the role at Security Bank Corporation.
The Business Partner Lead provides financial insight and advice to the assigned segment when making decisions with financial impact and conducting reporting and analysis. He / She brings financial knowledge and business acumen in providing advice on reporting financial transactions to manage revenue, expense, asset, liability and equity accounts. This role actively participates in developing planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategy input as well as detailed analysis of results to support their insights to the segment.
Responsibilities
- Conducts the financial planning and analysis activities including the development of consolidated financial plans, budget, expense management and forecasts.
- Produces and prepares analysis of organisational and operating unit / segment performance against financial plans including key variances, trends, risks and opportunities and understand the impact on resource and funding allocations and performance.
- Determines and articulates key business drivers and provides critical insights and value-adding analysis for core products and services to support effective organisational commercial decision making.
- Supports the development of strategies and frameworks to improve financial and commercial literacy across the wider organisation.
- Integrates data from various sources to prepare the profitability reports of assigned group(s).
- Builds a collaborative culture across departments that encourages efficiency and trusted finance business partnering.
- Participates in the development and maintenance of Oracle systems and key operating procedures and frameworks.
- Other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Finance or related fields; Master’s Degree is an advantage.At least 7 to 10 years of experience, preferably in a business partnering setup, with experience collaborating with Senior Management.Experience in reports and process rationalization, preferably in Banking, Treasury, Financial Market, ALCO Management, Branch Banking.Experience with CAPEX and OPEX management.Good interpersonal and communication skills.MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint; knowledge of Oracle systems (advantage).Business scenario modelling and cost management experience.Knowledgeable in Financial and Data Analysis.About Security Bank
