Responsibilities

  • Support the Group CIO in securing project finance (due diligence, documentation, and execution).
  • Build financial models, presentations, and maintain networks with banks and institutions.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities and lead transaction negotiations.
  • Manage portfolio reporting and ensure compliance with financial covenants.
