Talent Acquisition Specialist - On-site Night Shift

Key Responsibilities :

• at least 6 months to a year BPO volume hiring exp
• ⁠at least High school graduate
• Provides real-time feedback to applicants.
• Oversee the application process and pre-employment requirements including ensuring applicants read and understand job descriptions, auditing applicant tracking system on release information for applicant data and maintaining all applications.
• Participates in job fairs and assists in the implementation of recruitment initiatives.
