Job Requirements :
Bachelors Degree holder
At least 4 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience in handling hiring for finance, banking, wealth and asset management companies.
Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule
Amendable to start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities :
Identifying potential candidates through various channels.
Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Making recommendations to hiring managers about which candidates to hire, and coordinating with the candidate to finalize the offer.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand future staffing needs and developing recruitment strategies.
