We’re looking for a GTM Engineer (Sales Enablement) to join our Sales team — the architect behind the automation, integrations, and data flows that power our outbound engine.
In this role, you’ll design and maintain the connected systems that allow our sales reps to focus on what matters most : engaging qualified leads. You’ll be the go-to expert for orchestrating tools, workflows, and logic that drive lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing — ensuring everything runs efficiently, predictably, and at scale.

Sales Systems Architecture
Designs and maintains automation flows using Make (Integromat) , HubSpot, APIs, and other sales automation tools to support outbound lead generation.Builds and optimizes workflows that feed the sales funnel — from lead sourcing to qualification and routing.Creates modular automation layers for enrichment, segmentation, scoring, and outreach readiness.Manages integrations of external platforms and enrichment tools to support prospecting and targeting.Continuously improves the sales team’s prospecting infrastructure through scalable and fault-tolerant automations.Collaborates with sales and recruitment leadership to align automation logic with outbound strategies.Process Design, Optimization, and Data Quality
Audits existing lead management processes and eliminates manual or redundant steps through automation.Documents systems and logic for transparency and easy iteration.Builds workflows that anticipate errors, maintain data integrity, and ensure smooth data syncing.Serves as the bridge between sales operations, marketing, and data teams for aligned execution.Maintains clean, accurate, and actionable data across all sales and automation tools.Builds internal dashboards or alerts to track lead flow, workflow health, and system reliability.Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with :
Proven experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or GTM Engineering within a B2B sales environment (offshoring / outsourcing experience preferred).Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM and Make (Integromat) or similar tools like Zapier or N8N.Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and logic-based system design.Ability to translate outbound sales strategy into efficient, automated workflows.High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.Bonus : experience with data enrichment, prospecting automation, or AI-assisted workflows.Benefits

Requirements
What You Bring We’re looking for someone with : At least 2 years of sales administration / sales support / lead generation experience, with a proven track record of reliability and success. Proficient in MS Office and CRM usage and practices. Knowledgeable in Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales-related tools. Experience generating leads for offshoring businesses is preferred. The following experience will be highly regarded : Has a solid history of protecting data, lead generation, and data mining Can generate and analyze reports from various data sources Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit documents. Proactive, self-starter, and can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision. A team player with strong social skills and demonstrates strong organizational skills. Detail-oriented and able to quickly grasp complex issues. Exceptional written and verbal English business communication skills.
