We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial health by ensuring accurate forecasting, handling compliance requirements such as BIR LOAs, and providing expert advice on finance-related matters. This position requires a strong understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) management and the ability to guide the company’s financial decision-making process effectively.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Forecasting
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Analyze financial trends, risks, and opportunities to provide actionable insights.
2. Compliance and Regulatory Management
Handle all tasks related to BIR LOAs, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations.Coordinate with external auditors and tax agencies to maintain accurate financial records.3. Profit and Loss (P&L) Management
Monitor, analyze, and report on the company’s P&L statements.Provide recommendations to improve profitability and reduce costs.4. Financial Advisory
Serve as a key advisor to management on all finance-related matters.Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.Assist in financial decision-making by preparing detailed reports and analyses.5. Financial Operations
Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including budgeting and cash flow management.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics , or a related field.CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, BIR LOAs, and P&L management.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, QuickBooks ).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Benefits
