Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
(Master’s is a plus).
At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in a managerialrole.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp,etc.), and analytics (Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.Job Description :
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.Oversee branding, advertising, content creation, and promotional activities.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI tracking.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Creative to ensureconsistent brand messaging.
Manage the digital marketing strategy, including SEO / SEM, email campaigns, social media, andwebsite performance.
Analyze campaign results and KPIs, preparing performance reports and recommendations forimprovement.
Supervise and mentor marketing team members.Plan and organize marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
