Position Description – E-Commerce & Marketing Manager Overview : We are seeking a strategic and creative E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and e-commerce operations.
This role requires a deep understanding of our brand identity—party, special event, and fun wear—and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the brand’s identity, with a focus on creative campaigns and a strong presence across TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms Create and manage engaging content that reflects the brand’s fun and vibrant personality, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital channels Manage social media and community engagement using Klaviyo and platform-native tools to grow and nurture an active, on-brand audience Optimize e-commerce performance by maintaining and updating the Shopify website, managing product listings, improving user experience, and aligning content with marketing campaigns Collaborate with external agencies and partners on creative direction, photography, influencer campaigns, and ad management to ensure alignment with brand voice and goals Support product development efforts , including new product ideas, print selection, supplier coordination, and ensuring strong product-market fit Oversee marketplace channels such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Shop.com, including product listings, promotions, and sales strategies Manage customer reviews and online reputation , including responses on platforms like Google My Business and other review sites, driving improvements in visibility and customer satisfaction Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns , manage budgets, track ROI, and adjust strategies based on performance data Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in sales across all e-commerce channels.

Skills & Experience Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and management, ideally within apparel or lifestyle industries.
Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, and multi-channel retail platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a strong grasp of social media trends and influencer marketing.
Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
Experience in coordinating photoshoots, managing creative assets, and working with agencies.
