Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead our email marketing efforts while also managing day-to-day campaign execution across organic social, promotions, and partnerships. This role is central to how we connect with fans, grow our customer base, and drive revenue.

The ideal candidate is email-first and project-driven — capable of balancing creative storytelling with rigorous organizational skills, clear prioritization, and strong execution. You’ll oversee timelines, manage virtual assistants, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable results.

This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, fan-driven e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Lifecycle Marketing Leadership

• Own end-to-end email and SMS marketing strategy : campaign planning, segmentation, personalization, A / B testing, and automation.
• Manage and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).
• Write or oversee compelling copy and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor deliverability, list health, and compliance with best practices.
• Report weekly on performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution).
