Role : Senior Process Excellence Director — a senior leader responsible for developing and executing TaskUs' enterprise-wide vision for process excellence and continuous improvement. This role drives quality improvement projects that deliver measurable business impact, eliminates waste, streamlines processes, embeds data-driven and digital transformation, and fosters a problem-solving mindset across the organization. You will be a key change agent across all functions to improve efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute TaskUs' process excellence strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead identification, prioritization, and execution of process excellence projects across the organization.
- Oversee the portfolio of improvement projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with measurable financial and operational benefits.
- Personally lead and mentor critical cross-functional transformation projects.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a world-class team of process improvement professionals (e.g., Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Green Belts, Process Analysts).
- Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement with the Process Excellence team and business partners.
- Define and implement KPIs to monitor process health and track the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Establish a governance framework to standardize and sustain process changes within daily operations.
- Provide regular, data-rich updates to the executive leadership team on progress and ROI of the process excellence program.
- Champion a data-based decision-making culture and communicate the vision, successes, and business impact of process excellence across the company.
Qualifications & Skills
15+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role.Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification is mandatory.Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional business transformation projects with significant financial results.Deep hands-on expertise in Lean, Six Sigma / DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and related methodologies.Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; proficient with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab).Core Competencies
