ESL Student Assessor / Trainer (Onsite)
Background

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring assessments are fair, timely, and aligned with industry standards, while reviewing student work, providing feedback, and helping learners stay on track toward success.
About the Role
You’ll be the go-to for marking assessments, giving clear and actionable feedback, and making sure learners feel supported every step of the way.Your Key Responsibilities :
Mark learner assessments accurately and efficiently.Provide clear, constructive feedback to learners.Ensure assessments are aligned with compliance and industry standards.Keep accurate records of learner progress.Support trainers and team members with assessment queries.Maintain confidentiality and handle data securely.Requirements
About YOU
2+ years’ experience in assessment marking or learner support.Strong literacy and communication skills.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher is a plus.Qualifications in Community Services, Youth Work, Mental Health, or AOD are highly regarded.Passionate about education and helping learners thrive.About YOUR Work History
