About the Job :
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Student Enrollment Assistant (English / Mandarin) to support our client's admissions and onboarding processes. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for student applicants, providing clear guidance and timely assistance to ensure a smooth and well-informed enrollment journey. You will manage inquiries across multiple communication channels, deliver accurate information about application requirements, and uphold service standards while maintaining high data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with student applicants through targeted outbound calls to drive confirmations and successful enrollments.Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding application and enrollment procedures.Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound inquiries.Meet established service level expectations and maintain strong performance metrics.Ensure data integrity by accurately documenting all interactions and information.Perform additional tasks as needed to support operational and business requirements.Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry handling English-Mandarin interactions.Knowledge of data privacy and GDPR is an advantage, but not required.Experience using Salesforce is a plus.Customer serviceoriented, reliable, self-motivated, and flexible.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Benefits :
