Chief Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise the Engineering team in all maintenance and technical operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems function optimally.
• Oversee energy management and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to support operational requirements and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, inventories, and service contracts.
• Provide technical support during renovations, upgrades, or emergencies.
• Train and develop engineering staff for consistent performance and growth.
