Paralegal

We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal Officer to join our team. This role provides both legal and human resource support to ensure smooth compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent the company before DOLE and NLRC for grievance complaints.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as position papers, pleadings, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Assist the HR Department in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and handbook violations.
• Prepare and issue Notices to Explain, Reports to Office, and assist in case resolution until decision.
• Manage clearance processing of resigned employees and coordinate final pay concerns.
• Provide general legal and administrative support to management.
