We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support, conduct research, and assist attorneys in documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

What You'll Do :

• Prepare files for foreclosure referrals and coordinate with foreclosure counsel and property management companies.
• Draft and send borrower communications regarding foreclosure referrals.
• Review, approve, and process invoices from outside foreclosure counsel in the internal servicing system.
• Assist with preparation of loan payoffs for accounts in foreclosure.
• Provide support to paralegals managing foreclosure caseloads, including communication with counsel, investors, and borrowers.
• Recommend appropriate foreclosure delays when borrowers are close to payoff or reinstatement.
• Oversee real estate owned (REO) property management, including coordinating investor approvals, developing marketing plans, and assisting with property closings.
