Job Purpose
Leads the creative content team in developing and executing impactful, innovative, and cohesive creative strategies across all platforms. He / She ensures creative excellence, brand consistency, and alignment with marketing and business objectives while inspiring and mentoring a multidisciplinary creative team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
1) Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related creative field.
2) Minimum of 8 years’ experience in creative leadership roles, agency or in-house.
3) Proven track record of leading and inspiring multidisciplinary creative teams.
4) Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across digital, social, video, and print.
5) Expertise in developing creative strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
6) Deep understanding of design, video, digital, and social media trends and tools.
7) Excellent conceptual thinking, storytelling, and presentation skills.
8) Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
9) Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring quality.
10) Agile, collaborative, and innovative with a passion for brand storytelling.

Lead Creative Strategy Development
Develop and execute creative strategies that ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
Oversee Creative Team
Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver high-quality work.
Collaborate with Teams
Work with marketing, product, and other departments to align creative strategies with business goals.
Conceptualize and Approve Concepts
Lead brainstorming sessions and approve creative concepts that align with brand values.
Maintain Brand Consistency
Ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines and communicates the brand’s voice.
Manage Creative Production
Oversee the production of creative materials, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Monitor and Analyze Performance
Track and analyze the performance of creative assets to optimize results.
Present Creative Concepts
Present ideas and campaigns to stakeholders, defending the vision behind each concept.
Innovate and Stay Updated
Keep up with creative trends, tools, and technologies to maintain innovation.
Budget and Resource Management
Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective execution of creative projects.
