Talent and Video Content Director

Creative Leadership : Lead the ideation, writing and content direction for talents’ video content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Translate talent personality and brand into content formats that engage their audience. Supervise scripts, concepts, and storylines for ongoing content production

Video Production Oversight : Work with in-house and freelance production teams to ensure execution aligns with creative vision in helping grow audiences of Talent, together with the help of the Talent Management Department. Review video edits and give direction on pacing, tone, and overall quality. Maintain production timelines, and ensure that videos of talent content are delivered on time and on brand.

Talent Collaboration : Collaborate directly with talents to understand their vision, preferences, and growth goals - and propose adjustments to align with the Mosaic Brand. Provide content coaching and performance feedback when needed. Ensure each piece of content is on-brand and enhances talent positioning

Content Strategy & Optimization : Understand the talent’s audience behaviors and motivations and identify content opportunities and trends that align with talents’ audiences and platform algorithms. Oversee the content mix per talent (episodic, evergreen, trending, branded). Work with analytics of Marketing team to review performance and optimize future content

Team & Workflow Management : Brief and manage creatives (writers, editors, DPs, etc.) involved in content production. Help recruit and manage a content team as the department grows. Ensure smooth workflow from concept to post-production
